A "call" is any outbound reminder or confirmation message — SMS, email, or voice — sent to a patient.

Multiply by your rate
Your per-call rate depends on your plan. The more volume you send, the lower your per-call cost.

Pay the higher of usage or minimum
Each month you pay whichever is greater: your actual usage or your plan's monthly minimum. No hidden fees.
Pricing questions
What counts as a call?
Any single outbound message to a patient: one SMS, one email, or one voice call. A 3-step reminder sequence for one appointment counts as 3 calls.
How do minimums work?
The minimum is the floor you pay each month. If your usage exceeds the minimum, you pay usage. If usage is lower, you pay the minimum.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Upgrades can be applied immediately on request.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees, ever. Onboarding and EHR integration support are included in every plan.
